Individual Counselling & Psychotherapy

50-minute therapy session: £80

Sessions are typically held weekly at the same time each week, although we can discuss a different frequency if this better suits your needs. Therapy is available in person in Guildford or online across the UK.

Concessionary Places

I believe that financial circumstances shouldn't be the only barrier to accessing therapy. To help make counselling more accessible, I reserve two concessionary spaces for clients who are self-funding and meet one of the following criteria:

• Students & recent graduates

• Single parents receiving Universal Credit

• Members of the Armed Forces community or Blue Light services

Concessionary places are offered at a reduced fee for an initial period of up to six months. At the end of this period, we'll review your circumstances together and discuss the most appropriate fee going forward.

As the number of concessionary spaces is limited, availability cannot always be guaranteed.

Payment

Payment is due by bank transfer before each session unless we have agreed otherwise.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or rearrange a session, I ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments, are charged at the full session fee, except in exceptional circumstances.
